Refund policy


At The Lucky Vintage Edit, every piece is chosen with care - special, one of one, and not made again.

Because we are an online business based in the UK, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Your Right to Return

If you change your mind, you must:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Return the item within 14 days of notifying us

  • Ensure the item is sent back in the same condition it was received

All items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition. As our pieces are vintage and one-of-one, we cannot accept returns on items that show new signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Unless faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

A Note on Vintage

We take great care to accurately photograph and describe each piece, including detailed condition notes. All items are pre-owned (unless stated otherwise), which means signs of wear are part of their story and charm.

Vintage is inherently subjective — what feels like character to one person may feel different to another. We always encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
